Designing a clearer entry flow I designed a streamlined workflow to prepare arrivals in advance, validate driver and cargo information, and monitor vehicles from entry to dispatch. The solution The redesign improved key operational workflows, resulting in 60% faster truck entry, 99% fewer administrative errors, 100% digital traceability and 3x better coordination across teams. These improvements came from reducing manual steps, clarifying validation flows and making critical operational information easier to access.
